1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Infinity Energy workspace and its related customer appointment and document-upload pages, operated by Infinity Solar Systems, LLC, doing business as Infinity Energy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it and contact your administrator if you need assistance.
The workspace supports authorized business activities. These terms do not replace a separate customer service, installation, employment, or other signed agreement with us. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Your account
Staff access requires an account approved by an administrator. Use your own account, keep your information accurate, protect your credentials, and sign out on shared devices. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without authorization.
Your role determines the records and features available to you. Contact your administrator if access is incorrect or you suspect misuse. Customer-facing links must be used only for the intended customer or with their authorization.
3. Responsible use
Use the workspace only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not:
- Bypass access controls or attempt to view another user's restricted records.
- Upload malicious files, disrupt the service, or misuse integrations.
- Enter misleading records or send unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
- Copy, disclose, or use customer, employee, or Calendar data outside your authorized work.
Only submit information and documents you have the right to use. Follow company confidentiality and security requirements.
4. Google connections
You may use Google sign-in when available. The Google account must be approved for workspace access. A Google account alone does not grant permission to use internal records.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and uses a separate Google authorization step. Connect the primary calendar matching your signed-in workspace email, and review its contents before granting permission. Imported details, including personal events, may be visible to authorized team-calendar viewers. Sales reps can see only their own connected events.
The Calendar viewing integration requests read-only access and stores local copies to provide calendar, appointment-table, and workload views. It does not edit Google events or send invitations. Sync may continue while you are signed out.
You may disconnect through My Account to remove imported events and tokens from the active workspace database. Original Google events remain unchanged. You can separately revoke permission through Google Account connections. Google's services are also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy.
5. Appointments & records
Calendar views, appointment counts, and upcoming busy times are planning aids. Synced information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable if permission expires or a service fails. A free period is not a guarantee that a rep can accept an appointment.
Check dates, time zones, locations, customer details, and availability before making an assignment or communicating a commitment. Google event guests are not necessarily verified customer records. Viewing an event does not itself book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
6. Privacy & content
Our Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, store, share, and delete information, including Google user data. Use of this workspace does not transfer ownership of your Google events or uploaded content to us; we process it to provide the authorized features.
Company branding, workspace software, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Access to the workspace does not authorize unrelated copying or distribution.
7. Access & availability
We may maintain, change, or temporarily suspend features and restrict or disable access where necessary for security, misuse, changes in authorization, or business operations. Third-party outages or permission changes may affect connected features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Account suspension is not the same as deleting stored data. For deletion requests and retention information, see the Privacy Policy. These terms do not exclude protections or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms when the workspace or its use changes. We will identify the updated version by the date above and provide additional notice where required.
For account help, contact your administrator. For questions about these terms, contact Infinity Solar Systems, LLC, d/b/a Infinity Energy, at (845) 200-3700.
