1. Who we are
Infinity Solar Systems, LLC, doing business as Infinity Energy ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Infinity Energy workspace. This policy covers this web workspace and its customer-facing appointment and document-upload pages. It does not replace separate notices for other company websites, apps, or services.
2. Information we use
- Account information: your name, email address, role, access permissions, sign-in activity, and profile details. Local account passwords are stored as hashes.
- Business records: customer contact details, addresses, project and appointment information, uploaded documents, messages, and operational reports entered by users or received from connected business systems.
- Technical information: session identifiers and request or error logs, which may contain IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and information needed to investigate failures or misuse.
We use these records to provide account access, coordinate customer work and appointments, communicate about services, run authorized reports, maintain the workspace, and protect its security.
3. Google data & permissions
Google sign-in
The openid, email, and profile permissions provide your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. We use them to identify you, match your approved workspace account, and display your profile. We do not receive your Google password.
Optional Google Calendar connection
When enabled, Calendar connection is a separate permission step offered after Google sign-in or through My Account. You may decline. We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly, which allows viewing calendars and events you can access. This integration imports only your primary calendar and checks that its email matches your signed-in workspace account.
Imported data includes event identifiers, titles, descriptions, start and end times, time zones, all-day and recurring-event information, status, location, organizer details, and guest names and email addresses when available. We store local copies to display the calendar, appointment records, counts, and upcoming busy times used to plan sales rep assignments.
Imported events can include personal appointments. Your event details are visible to you and authorized team-calendar viewers, not just as "busy" blocks. Other sales reps cannot view your calendar.
We retain connection tokens so the workspace can refresh events, including through scheduled sync while you are signed out. This read-only viewing integration does not create, edit, or delete Google events or send invitations. Separate customer and appointment workflows are not enabled by this permission.
Limits on Google data use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used to provide the sign-in and calendar features described here. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. Storage & security
Account data and imported Calendar records are stored in the application's database. Google Calendar access and refresh tokens and stored event-detail payloads are encrypted. Some fields needed for scheduling, such as event times, status, and ownership identifiers, are stored separately. Role-based access controls limit who can view records.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator or our main office. Do not include passwords or connection tokens in support messages.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep account and business information while needed to operate the workspace, maintain business records, resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or protect security. Retention depends on the record's purpose; this workspace does not apply one fixed deletion period to all data.
Imported Calendar events can include historical events and remain locally stored while your calendar is connected. There is no automatic age-based deletion of all Calendar records. Synchronization removes events reported as cancelled by Google, although local data may be out of date until a successful sync.
Selecting Disconnect in My Account removes your imported Google Calendar events, local sync records, and connection tokens from the active application database. It does not delete the original Google events, your workspace account, or separate customer and business records.
Revoking permission at Google stops authorized API access but does not itself erase existing local copies. Disconnect in the workspace or contact us to request their deletion. Where backup copies exist, removal from the active database does not immediately erase backups; those copies remain subject to backup rotation and applicable retention obligations.
7. Your choices
- Use an administrator-provided local login where available, or sign in with Google. Calendar authorization is optional.
- Manage Calendar connection in My Account. Disconnecting locally does not revoke the permission grant at Google. You can separately remove access in Google Account connections.
- For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your administrator or call (845) 200-3700 and ask for help with a workspace privacy request.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests are handled according to applicable law, including any required record retention. The rights available to you can depend on where you live.
